I guess I should have put this up here earlier...but I can't change that now.
I am participating in the MDA "Lock Up" on the 19th. It is to raise money for the muscular dystrophy association in the Austin area. I am going to be locked up at Outback Steakhouse with a number of other business people from Austin. We are all asked to raise as much money as we can (Thanks mom and dad for my one and only donation so far!) for the kids so they can go to a camp to help them get more rehibilitation.
I have sent out an email to most of the people I know, but I wanted to make sure that if you hadn't heard you would be able to and if you have the ability to donate I would be most grateful!
Thanks for your help and your attention to our blog. I'm glad that I have a way to keep you involved in out lives!

Shakirra!!! It's so good to hear from you and to read that you guys are doing so great! I have to say Im super jealous that you have such a cute puppy, we were going to get one until we found out I was prego... maybe I can come and just be friends with Gretta?? I would LOVE to come and visit, I'm only in S.A. for 2 days this trip (stupid work) but we are more than likely going to be moving out there in May or June! How long are you planning to stay out there? We'll be out there a lot looking at houses and whatnot, plus our best friends are down there, so I would definitely love to get together next time we're down!!! my email is ambersphillips@gmail.com, i would love to hear more details about whats going on with you (i.e. what brought you to Austin??)
