SURPRISE!!!(this is late)

My sisters and I all came home a few weekends ago for my mom's graduation from Cal Lutheran with her Master's Degree! We planned it for a few weeks and kept it a secret from her! That night was supposed to be a Father's and Son's weekend, but some of the fathers and sons weren't feeling up to it. So we planned have her meet us at Kirsten's house for a spa night for the girls and when she walked into the backyard there we were waiting for her! I took a picture of her face as she walked out... She didn't seem as surprised as we all thought she would have been!

So it was perfect timing for this little get together because that weekend was supposed to be "Fathers and Sons Campout." We planned to have a girls "Spa Night" at Kirsten's. We did have one, but the boys didn't get to go camping for circumstances beyond their control. Here are a few shots of the night.

It was also my dad's 65th birthday on Sunday the 18th. So we celebrated that before church with a lunch and my mom came through on a promise she made to me about a pie. I had been talking to her before the trip and told her I missed her homemade strawberry pie and she said if I came she would make me one. So she made one for me on Sunday! THANKS MOM! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!

Here is a shot of my mom and I after sacrament meeting on Sunday right before we left for the airport. CONGRATULATIONS MOM! YOU DID GREAT!

This is a picture of all of the siblings as soon as we got to CA. Ami picked us (sisters) up from the airport, then we went to see Jonathan and Aaron at Lassen's Health Food in Thousand Oaks. We were all really happy to be together after a long time apart.

And a big THANK YOU to my wonderful husband for letting me go without him! I love you babe and thanks for always supporting me in all I want to do! You've been great! I love you more than anything else in the world!

Wow! How fun and exciting!!! You look great, by the way!!!
Really, aside from a little extra hair in the picture (Aaron), you sibs all pretty much look the same! It's fun to see you all; I just wish I could in person.
I can't believe your dad is 65! Happy b-day, Bro. Kent!
Congrats, Sis. Kent, on your graduation! That's a wonderful accomplishment! Good for you! :-)
